  15. Line 1:
  16.         Token 1: Day of the week to start weekly bulletins at
  17.              (0=sunday, 1=monday, etc)
  18.         Token 2: Yes to send a message to ALL with the weekly bulletin at the
  19.              end of the week.
  20.         Token 3: Conference to mail weekly messages to.
  21.     Token 4: YES to award the weekly top uploader with a percentage of
  22.              his weekly uploaded bytes.
  23.     Token 5: If token 2 was yes this gives the precentage of the uploaded
  24.              bytes to add to his credits. Also the file WEEKMSG will be
  25.          sent to him indicating his award.
  26.         Token 6: Character to use in between the numbers in the weekly
  27.              and monthly bulletins (sorry for putting it here, but
  28.          it will prevent more .cfg reading).
